​Feeding others is Julia's love language as she has always been drawn to the kitchen. Her culinary journey has been guided by her biggest inspiration and go-to guy, her dad, Jerry. The name 'LOU' stems from her dad's mother, Mary Lou. Although she did not go to culinary school, Julia has absorbed every Food Network show, binge watched countless hours of YouTube tutorials, and never stops the R+D in her test kitchen. A few of Julia's well-known inspirations are Molly Baz, Matty Matheson, Julia Child, Meredith Hayden and Erin French.
